Directions for Use:
For weight loss purposes, take 1 capsule first thing in the morning upon waking then complete 30 minutes steady state cardio-vascular exercise (SSCV). Take another capsule around 4-6hrs later, but at least 4 hours before sleep.
For pre-workout energy, consume 1 capsule 20-30 minutes before commencing the activity.
